In October, RCS launched a Leadership Initiative Program. The middle school students are being taught how to be excellent leaders in school and in life. The Class of 2020 is learning how to model respect and service to the younger students. The 8th Grade Leaders are using their skills in small ways every day, and in very public ways during events like Pastor Appreciation Day and Veterans' Day Reflections.
